Introduction

This Privacy Policy of Miya AI Pregnancy Companion Assistant (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") applies to the Miya AI Pregnancy Companion Assistant App and WeChat Mini Program (collectively referred to as "Miya AI" or "the Service") developed by CC TECHFUSION PTE. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our"). We fully understand the importance of personal information to you and will make every effort to protect the security and integrity of your personal information.

This Policy is intended to help you understand how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information, as well as how you can manage your personal information. Please read and fully understand this Policy before using the Service, especially the provisions regarding sensitive personal information, the protection of minors' (children's) personal information and your core rights, which are highlighted in bold.

Special Notice

This Product provides pregnancy health management and generative artificial intelligence (AI) conversation services. When you use relevant functions, we may need to collect your sensitive personal information such as medical health information and children's (including fetal period) information. For such information, we will explicitly inform you and obtain your separate consent through pop-up windows and other forms in specific functional scenarios (e.g., when you use the prenatal examination record function for the first time).

If you are a minor under the age of 18, or a child under the age of 14 (hereinafter referred to as "child"), please read and agree to this Privacy Policy and the Children's Personal Information Protection Rules and Guardian's Guide under the supervision and guidance of your parents or other guardians.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

We will collect and use your personal information in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity and good faith for the following purposes. Except for the information necessary to realize basic business functions, you may refuse to provide other information, which will not affect your use of the basic functions of this Product.

To ensure the security of your account and fulfill the requirements of real-name network system, you need to provide your mobile phone number and set a password or complete SMS verification during registration. If you log in with a third-party account such as WeChat, we will obtain your public information (avatar, nickname) with your authorization. If you do not provide your mobile phone number, we will not be able to provide you with core services such as generative artificial intelligence.

1.2 Doll Binding and Control

To realize the binding and control (e.g., voice switching) between the Mini Program/App and the physical Miya doll, we need to collect the doll's device ID, chip version and device status. Such information is only used for device identification and instruction delivery.

1.3 Personalized Settings and Mood Analysis

You may voluntarily provide your date of birth (for constellation calculation) and mood tags. The system will generate weekly mood change analysis for you based on your conversation content. This is an additional function, and refusal to provide such information will not affect the basic conversation service.

1.4 Intelligent Conversation and Generative AI Services

When you use the AI conversation function, we will collect your text input. When you use voice input, we require you to authorize the microphone permission and collect voice content.

Data Desensitization and Privacy Protection: Your conversation input will be strictly de-identified when used for background model analysis to generate responses. We promise that we will never directly use your identifiable input content to optimize and train our AI algorithm models without your explicit authorization enabled in the "Privacy Settings" of the App/Mini Program.

1.5 Prenatal Examination Records and Report Analysis (Involving Sensitive Personal Information)

Special Note on Sensitive Personal Information: When you use the "Prenatal Examination Records" and "AI Analysis" functions, you may voluntarily fill in or upload pregnancy files, examination details and prenatal examination report images. Such information belongs to sensitive personal information of medical health category.

Purpose and Method of Collection: To help you understand the report content and record your pregnancy health status. Uploading images requires you to authorize the camera or album permission.
Separate Consent: Before you use this function for the first time, we will prompt you through a special pop-up window and collect the information only after obtaining your separate consent. If you refuse, you will not be able to use the AI report analysis function, but other non-related functions will not be affected.

1.6 Due Date and Pregnancy Management (Involving Sensitive Personal Information)

To calculate the due date and provide gestational week suggestions, you need to provide the date of your last menstrual period. This information belongs to sensitive personal information of medical health category and also requires your separate consent.

1.7 Agent Interaction (Baby Portrait Prediction, etc.)

When you participate in interactions such as baby portrait prediction, you may need to provide parental characteristics or upload photos. Such information is only used to generate the prediction result for that single time. After generation, we will immediately delete the original photos and will never use them for any other commercial purposes or long-term storage.

1.8 Operation and Security Assurance

To prevent malicious programs and ensure operation quality, we may collect device information (e.g., device model, operating system version), network logs, crash data, etc.

To ensure the stable operation and functional realization of Miya AI, we may access software development kits (SDKs) or application programming interfaces (APIs) provided by third parties. We will only share your personal information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific and explicit purposes.

Cross-Border Data Transfer

In principle, all personal information we collect within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored domestically. If it is necessary to transfer your anonymized or de-identified data overseas due to business needs (e.g., calling advanced overseas AI large model APIs), we will strictly conduct cross-border data transfer security assessment or filing in accordance with national laws and regulations. Before cross-border transfer, we will inform you of the name, contact information, processing purpose and method of the overseas recipient, and obtain your separate consent.

3. Protection of Minors' (Children's) Personal Information

Miya AI mainly serves women preparing for pregnancy and during pregnancy. However, we will inevitably handle the personal information of children under the age of 14 (including fetal period) when providing functions such as "fetal development status", "baby portrait prediction" and "prenatal examination record analysis".

We attach great importance to the protection of children's personal information. In accordance with the requirements of the Personal Information Protection Law, we have specially formulated the Miya AI Children's Personal Information Protection Rules and Guardian's Guide (as an appendix to this Policy, please click the link to view).

When we identify that children's personal information may be collected in specific functional scenarios, we will require users to declare that they are the parents or other legal guardians of the child, and specially obtain the explicit separate consent of the guardian through technical means such as mandatory pop-up windows and check confirmation. Without the guardian's consent, we will not collect, store, use, transfer or disclose children's personal information.

4. How You Manage Your Personal Information

We attach great importance to your management of personal information and make every effort to ensure that you exercise your statutory rights:

Access, Correction and Supplementation: You can access and modify your avatar, nickname, pregnancy files, doll binding information, etc. through the "My" page.
Delete Personal Information:
- You can delete historical chat records through "Clear Chat History" on the conversation page.
- For sensitive information such as prenatal examination reports you uploaded, you can delete it directly in the corresponding functional module.
Change or Withdraw Authorization Scope:
- System Permission Management: You can turn off permissions such as camera, album and microphone at any time in the settings of your mobile phone operating system.
- AI Training Authorization Management: You can independently enable or disable the option of "Allow my anonymous data to be used for algorithm model optimization" in "My - Privacy Settings" of the App/Mini Program. Withdrawing authorization will not affect your continued use of basic functions.
Account Cancellation: You can apply for account cancellation through "My - Settings - Cancel Account". After cancellation, your personal information will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized, except as otherwise required by laws and regulations (e.g., transaction records shall be kept for 5 years).
Respond to Your Requests: We will respond to and complete the processing of the above requests within 15 working days after verifying your identity.

5. How We Protect and Store Your Personal Information

Security Measures: We have adopted industry-standard security protection measures (e.g., encrypted transmission, classified and graded data management, access control) to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering or loss.
Storage Period: We will only retain your personal information for the shortest period necessary to provide you with Miya AI services. After the expiration of the necessary period, we will delete or anonymize the information.
Security Incident Response: In the event of a personal information security incident, we will promptly inform you of the incident and remedial measures through push notifications, SMS and other means in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, and report to the regulatory authorities.

6. Updates to This Policy and Contact Information

Policy Updates: We may revise this Policy from time to time with business development and regulatory changes. For material changes involving processing purposes, processing methods, sensitive information rules, etc., we will seek your consent again through prominent means such as pop-up windows and announcements.

This Rules is intended to explain to guardians in detail how we collect, use, store and protect children's personal information (under the age of 14, including fetal health data).

Scope of Collection: Only limited to the information necessary to provide functions such as fetal development suggestions, prenatal examination record analysis and baby portrait prediction.
Use Restrictions: Children's personal information will never be used for personalized advertising recommendation, and shall be stored with high-intensity encryption and access control in the background.
Guardian's Rights: Guardians have the right to access, copy, correct or request us to delete the personal information of their wards at any time, and also have the right to withdraw consent.
